We have known Chris Dowdeswell of CD Property Finance for approximately five years and value his advice on our funding needs.

We have just completed a major development scheme where we purchased the land and obtained planning consent for a 33,000 office development. We wanted to build the scheme speculatively to maximise the development value and Chris was able to arrange an excellent funding package despite the lack of pre lets or contracted end users.

Chris Dowdeswell of CD Property Finance was introduced to me in 2006 by a mutual contact as we needed advice on how best to fund a residential scheme near Petersfield. This was a complicated acquisition but Chris, and the bank he introduced us to, understood immediately what we were trying to achieve. Chris arranged a finance facility which provided something approaching 80% of the total costs of the scheme.
