Residential Investment Finance (Buy to Let)

CASE STUDY

We financed the purchase of a portfolio of five flats on the South Coast. The client was content to borrow at 60% LTV but required three separate property investment loans. The lender was happy to provide the property finance over 25 years without early repayment penalty and with an interest only option for five years.
