Established by Chris Dowdeswell in 1999 and based near Godalming in Surrey, CDPF are property finance brokers acting for a wide range of clients across England and Wales. We arrange finance for all types of property transactions. We specialise in loan structuring for both residential and commercial transactions and have a particular expertise in property development finance.
Chris Dowdeswell is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a long standing member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
Chris worked in commercial and property banking in the City of London and overseas for over 20 years before setting up CDPF and has a wealth of experience and contacts which he uses for the benefit of his clients.
